The Heart Crystal is a one-time 1/5 Drop from the Lava Alien in the Lava Dungeon and from the Skeleton Monks in the Castle Dungeon. Each one gives a permanent +5 increase to your Maximum Health, for a total of +10 from both Heart Crystals.
